  1. I went to Science Camp last week. We went on an “adventure” hike. It was over 5 miles! It was very tortuous. Our naturalist convinced us to kiss a banana slug. That was very indelible. We also did tree climbing. I got the impression that Madison was hurt when she flew down the rope. Science Camp was very momentous.

  2. March Term was very weird. I was at first convinced that movies all day was going to be a blast. It was indelible because some of the movies that I saw were movies that I had never seen before. My teacher for my A.M. class had a momentous idea that we should nominate movies and then let the class vote on them. The tortuous part about this was that I had seen one movie twice in one day. The impression that I gave out was that I was seeing a movie for the one hundredth time in a row. It was so horrible.

  3. I am totally convinced that March Term will definitely be indelible and momentous, but I do admit that it was also tortuous in a way. Before I went to Mount Hermon Science School, I was under the impression that it would be what it was named, a school. In reality, it was more of a camp. I pulled broom, picked up litter, and tried to not create any food waste. I basically learned how to be a steward. It was so much fun there! I even kissed a banana slug…

  4. The naturalists left an impression that science camp would be fun. I was convinced that we would be hiking a lot. The expirience that I had there is indelible. The six hour hike was tortuous. When we finished the week it was momentous.

  5. For March Term, I went to Science Camp. It was very fun. However, the long hike was very tortuous. Apparently, the hike was really momentous because we learned a lot on the hike. While we were hiking, I was convinced that my legs were going to break off while we were hiking up a huge hill. During the hike, I had an impression that Alexa really didn’t want to be hiking at that moment and would rather be at home watching T.V. As you can see, the extended hike was very, very, very, indelible.

  6. This March term I went to science camp and my Impression was: it was just like jail. I
will tell you why, we were not allowed to run or jog. Second, the food was like jail food. Also, we were always supervised, they would not let us explore. It is not indelible because I already forgot about it. I was convinced it would be fun, but it was not very fun. The six hour hike was tortuous because I had no one to talk to. The only momentous thing was the view.

  7. March Term was very fun. I went to Science camp. I loved the six hour hike, it was indelible. The night hike was torturous because it was freezing. My first impression of science camp was that it would be very nature related. I was convinced that it would not be exiting. I was wrong. The whole trip was momentous.

  8. Last week was very indelible because I got really sick last Saturday night. It was very tortuous trying to spend the entire week in my bedroom alone. It was very tough for me since my parents had to work and my sister was at school. My mom made a bad impression when she first saw me, she thought I was faking being sick. After a few days, my parents were convinced that I should go to the doctors to get medicine. This was a very momentous week for me and I really hope I never get sick like this again!

  9. How was your March term? If I had to name mine in one word I wouldn’t be able to I did so many different thing. I had the opportunity to go to my grandmas’ house. I decided to go, there I got to ride a quad my first impression was ” Will this be dangerous or fun. ” I became convinced that it was fun. To me it is now indelible. When my brother took his turn it was tortuous. But on my first try it felt like it should have been a monument.

  10. Science Camp this year was so indelible because of how amazing it was. I was convinced that science camp would’ve been a bore because I had also gone in 5th grade and I thought I would’ve known everything. (Trust me, I didn’t know at least half of the things they taught us) My first impression of science camp was actually really good. The food was pretty good and very healthy, the cabins were very nice, and there were so many sports to play. Science camp had so many fun activities like the night hike, rec time, and the 6 hour hike. My favorite thing was probably the night hike even though it seemed tortuous because it was so cold. I think that the climbing wall was the most momentous thing we did because of how mentally and physically and challenging it was, it also taught us how to put all of our faith in God. Overall, science camp was amazing and I would definitely go back, just not for a week.

  11. When I got to Science Camp I had an impression that the food was going to be terrible. First we ate a burger that was very indelible because of how terrible it was. Three days later I had a very momentous time skipping rocks at the creek. Going back up to the camp was very tortuous because it was long. I was completely convinced to go home with my friend instead of riding the bus back to the school. Overall, I had a fun time and learned a lot.

  12. March term was weird! I had to watch movies for my AM class and play games for my PM class. I had the impression that my AM class would be awesome, then I figured out that I had seen most of the movies all ready. I tried convince myself to not argue but it didn’t work. I saw a movie short that was indelible and impossible to forget. Most of the movies were tortuous, but some had momentous times with awe some detail! In conclusion, my March Term was fun.

  13. My March Term was very momentous because I will never forget the first to time I rode a horse. I was convinced that science camp was going to be fun but I decided to pass on it and try something new. When I first met the instructor ,Cassie, I wanted to make a good impression on how good my riding was. The second day I got to ride. I was assigned the horse Apache. He was wonderful and very handsome. When I got on Apache the first thing I did was walking. The third day I trotted ; it was so much fun. That day had to be the most indelible day of my entire week. The second to past day we went on a field trip. The ride was very torturous because it was a long way to where we where going. The last day the whole class rode around the arena and talked. That week was the most adventurous week ever because I love horses and animals and I love to ride horses. I will definitely try to get better or do horseback riding more often.

    • APatchy is very handsome and wonderful. It is bittersweet moving from him to a different horse, because you know your advancing, but you know you will miss him.

    • APatchy is very handsome and wonderful. It is bittersweet moving from him to a different horse, because you know your advancing, but you know you will miss him. He is amazing. I hoped you loved your time with him.

  14. At science camp I made a good impression on the counselors so they would like me. I also convinced them that I was someone that they would enjoy being with for the next week. The smell of the forest was indelible because of the clean air which made the trees smell amazing. It was kind of tortuous waiting for them to excuse your group for a meal. Science camp’s amazing leaders and cabin leaders were momentous when they did the hilarious skits.

  15. Science camp was very indelible. Once I heard there was going to be an option of going I was instantly convinced to go. The six hour hike was very tortuous. We had to hike 5 or 6 miles. They had a bad impression with there food. It tasted like trash can food. This trip was momentous.

  16. Science camp’s amazing leaders and cabin leaders were momentous when they did the hilarious skits!

  17. I went to science camp last week it was… an adventure. I personally like the 6 hour hike but many of my friend thought of it being tortuous. My naturalist convinced many of us to kiss a banana slug but she couldn’t convince me. On the second day being there I went swimming during Rex time and I wanted to go off the diving board but I first had to convince the life guards that I knew how to swim. One thing that is indelible to me about science camp is when Lucy was really hyper and she started to sing and dance in our cabin. My impression on camp was that it could have been better. Overall last week was very momentous to me.

  18. I had a good impression on science camp when I first left. I was told by seventh and eighth graders that it would be an enjoyable experience. I was convinced that I would have a blast. Throughout the course of this long and indelible week, I got to do some fun things like tree climbing, playing in the creek and the adventure hike. Although most people consider the adventure hike dreadful and torturous, I really enjoyed it because of the sense of adventure. This week of science camp has became a very momentous part of my life.

  19. During March Term I went to Science Camp. My impression of science camp was different than I imagined in a good way and bad way. I convinced my mom that there was a lot of drama. Rock climbing was Indelible because it was so fun. I thought the six hour hike was tortuous but I liked it and I thought it was nice to enjoy nature. Going inside the Giant Sequoia tree was very momentous because I could never forget how big it was and how cool it looked on the inside. I think the weirdest thing I did overall at science camp was kiss a slimy, yellow, banana slug. Once I got home I missed my family and my pets so much that over the weekend I just hung out with my family.

  20. Over March Term I went to Mount Hermon Science Camp! It was so much fun! When I got to camp I was excited to see my cabin members. They made a great first impression, because they were kind people and were excited for camp. I was also excited for camp, because I was convinced that I was going to have a fun and a venturous time. There were many experiences that will be indelible, like going on the memorable night hike and getting to kiss the yellow and sticky Banana Slug! Some of my fellow students say that the six hour hike was torturous, but I feel otherwise. The six hour hike was a good way to get active and see wildlife with my good friends! My trip to Mount Hermon Science Camp was very momentous, because my friends and I were able to create wonderful memories together.

  21. For March Term I had a momentous time at the Equestrian Adventure. I made a very good impression with my mother when I jumped the courses. My mother is convinced about me leasing a horse, now she just has to convince my father. In the middle of March Term Cassie had us do a jumping course, it was very tortuous on Baoe because he has a very slow trot. The horse show was very indelible because of how amazing Baoe was, and all the ribbons I won. I had a very amazing time with Cassie and Toby during March Term, and I hope that I can lease Toby!

  22. My march term started off pretty rusty first I had to sit through a very tortuous class watching Lego Movie. Soon after that I had to go through a Indelible class (in a good way) playing five types of dodgeball. The next day I convinced the class to watch Puss in Boots because it is the best movie in the world. During my Pm class I was one of the first people picked for dodgeball so I thought I made a good impression. The rest of the week went by like a blur and. I hardly remember the rest of the week. March term will now be a momentous of my life.

  23. Science Camp was fun and very indelible. My parents convinced me to go.The six hour hike was not so tortuous as I thought. My first impression on the night hike was that it would be fun. The sleep that I got was momentous.

  24. For my March Term elective I chose horsemanship. I had the impression that this class would be very fun. On the first day we assigned horses. I was convinced that Summer and Timmy would be a good match. We rode for the entire week except Wednesday. On Wednesday we went up to Portola Valley for a field trip. It was an extremely long and tortuous drive. On the field trip we went to a vet hospital, the Stanford riding facility, and Carousel Saddelry. Over all it was a very momentous day. I loved horsemanship and thought that this is a very fun and indelible class.

  25. This March Term I went to science camp. My first impression of science camp was are we just going to be talking all day and when are we going to our cabins. I was convinced that their was going to be a lot hiking. The hiking wasn’t that tortuous. These memories with always be momentous and indelible.

  26. During my March term I stayed at MVCS because I didn’t want to go to science camp. I raced BMX on Tuesday, Friday, and both Sundays. On the Sunday before March term I got third place in my BMX race I was so close to second. On Tuesday during March Term I had a momentous race and I got second! On the Friday during March term I had a Indelible race because it was my first race in Santa Clara and I won! I made a great first impression to the people there. Now back to school the classes were very tortuous because they were three hours long!

  27. My march term wasn’t very momentous since I just stayed home all week. I’m sure for a lot of people march term was very indelible since they were at science camp having fun. After a while I got bored without my friends and the break became tortuous until my friend came over and we hung out. Last year at science camp I had a mean cabin leader and I was convinced that science camp sucked even though when we weren’t with him it was fun, because of that incident I still had the impression that science camp sucked even though it probably doesn’t

Friends are momentous. They can go through hard times with me and they are fun to hang around. If I make a good impression on my friends they may be convinced that I am an amazing friend. I will indelible,(they won’t ever forget me.) the days may be tortuous with my friends bothering me for long periods of time but it would be worth it. Friends rock!

  29. My impression on March term was that it was indelible because I learned some new things. One of those things were that I had learned how to climb the the mats in the gym. After a while March term did get tortuous because I did the same thing everyday but in the beginning I was convinced that it would be more fun. Though it did get boring it was very momentous because of all the people that were around me and making me have fun.

  30. My March term was tortuous because I was all alone at home. The reason I stayed home was that last year at March term left a bad impression on me and I am not going until convinced otherwise. One moment from last year that was indelible is I was cornered in a cabin and had to fend off the people with a can of sun screen. A momentous moment from this March term was fixing my brothers extremely broken computer.

  31. Before I left for science camp, I had tons of mixed emotions. I was excited and scared and confused, but most of all I was convinced that it was going to be fun. When I first arrived at science camp, the naturalist developed a good impression of them selfs by playing with me and my friends. I was a little scared that I wasn’t gonna be with a fun cabin or even people I knew at all! When the moment came that we found out what our cabins were like it was a great momentous for the rest of the weak, It turned out that I was in a great cabin with tons of my friends. The rest of the weak was still tone decided for me. My least favorite part of the weak was seven we had to do the tortuous adventure hike. It was eight miles long and it was on a up hill slope most of the way. All in all camp was very indelible.

  32. My March term was so fun. I got to do so many things that I may never do again. Such as rope climbing, rope swing, and I got to meet people who I might never see again. When I first got there I had the impression that it was going to be very scary. Then it was super fun! The night time was tortuous because my cabin did not want to stop talking. Making it to the top of the tree was momentous because then I could say that I did it. I was convinced that is it was very fun then it was time to go. We I was leaving I was thinking that place indelible because it would be impossible for me to forget it

  33. Science camp was super fun! Before it started I had the impression that it would be like another camp called Camp Hammer. I was convinced that it would be indelible. But on Thursday, after a long and tiring week, the tortuous hike was extremely hard. That night, when it was our skit, I was sure it would be a momentous time, and it was. Our skit ended up being one of the best, and on Friday, I was satisfied after a good week.

  34. My impression of Science Camp would be good. The diving board was indelible. I convinced myself to kiss to banana slug. The slime in my mouth was torturous to keep in my mouth. That whole week including the weekend was momentous.

  35. During March Term, I went to science camp in the Santa Cruz mountains at Mt. Hermon. My impression at science camp was adventurous. I had a great time with my friends and all of our fun memories were indelible. We went on many hikes at science camp. On the last day, we had a tortuous hike since it was six hours long. Along the hike, I convinced my trail leader to kiss a banana slug. A monotonous event that happened during March Term was, enjoying time with my friends and meeting new people that I later called friends.

  36. Over march term I went to Arizona. My impression on the Arizona trip was alright. The car ride to Arizona was tortuous because it was twelve hours long. My dad convinced me that we were one hour away but we were two hours away. This trip was indelible because it was fun half way through the trip. This trip was momentous because my aunts died and we went to the funeral.

  37. If I had to describe March Term in one word it would be tortuous. It’s not because of the long hikes or the long classes it’s because I started to feel really sick before science camp. I told my mom that I didn’t want to go but eventually she convinced me to go. I had the impression that science camp would be like prison but it wasn’t. It was definitely a momentous week because it was my first time going to science camp. Overall science camp was an indelible experience and I would definitely want to go again.

  38. My first impression on March term is that it was so fun! At camp we had rec time, during this time we could do whatever we want, and I played volleyball with people from other schools. I made so many new friends! The camp counselor were convinced that we needed to meet new friends so they assigned tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Thursday we went on a tortuous hike, it was 6 hours long! My cabin mates were momentous to my cabin experience, they made it so much fun. Science camp was an indelible experience.

  39. Over March Term I went to science camp. I went on a adventure hike that was far from torturous for me. Our naturalist convinced us that if at least fifteen kids chose to kiss a banana slug, she would lick it. More than fifteen kids chose to kiss the banana slug so she licked it. I had an impression that a lot of people had fun. I was wrong. Not many people did. One indelible moment was when I was the first one to reach the bell on the slanted wall. Science camp was a momentous day.

  40. My parents Convinced me to go to science camp. I did a lot of things involved with nature. We went on lots of hikes that were tortuous and challenged ourselves to a lot of things. I had the impression that this would be awesome, but I thought wrong. My favorite part of science camp was either the rock wall or the night hike. One thing that I could’ve improved on was being more quiet on the night hike. One indelible and momentous thing I learned from science camp was that banana slugs are a boy and girl.

  41. Science Camp

This year I went to science camp. I was in a cabin with Kaitlyn, Juliet, Analise, Melia, and Rachel. Together, we did many cool things such as decorate our cabin, go on long hikes, and explore the outdoors with many creatures. My favorite part of Camp was cabin time, where we could rest and talk to each other. One thing that could of improved was the amount of food waste we had. I learned about different types of plants like redwood sorrel. Science camp had many great memories that I won’t forget. I met many new people at science camp. My first impression was momentous and indelible, because I wanted to be nice. The hike was treacherous, it was six hours long. My naturalist Kaitlyn tried to convince me to kiss a banana slug, so I did.

  42. I had an impression that I was going to have a great March term at science camp. My brother convinced me into going to science because he has already experienced it. It was indelible that I got 36 stitches in my left leg. It was tortuous to go threw the numbing on my leg because of my stitches. It was very momentous when I fell and cut my leg at science camp.

  43. This March Term I stayed at home. My impression was that it was relaxing and fun. At first I wasn’t convinced I would have as much of a fun time, but I did. On Monday night I got to watch Star Wars, I wanted to watch that movie since I was younger. It was an indelible movie, because it had lots of action, but at the same time it had a story behind it. On Tuesday and Wednesday my dad and I went on a bike ride. The sun was tortuous, yet we both had an awesome time. I think that week was momentous, because instead of going to science camp I got to hang out with my family.

  44. For March term I went to science camp. I had the impression that it would be fun but it wasn’t. My mom convinced me that it would be fun and so I was convinced. I went on the bus and the we got there. The only thing that was indelible was the tacos, but not in a good way. The hikes were very tortuous. We learned a lot. I think learning is very momentous and important. This was my story of science camp.

  45. My impression of horsemanship was exiting. While my March took responsibly, strength, and control other people just had fun. I rode a horse named Timmy, Timmy was good but wasn’t very great at steering. He kept on going towards the jumps, then I would have to try and get him back on track. Once I couldn’t get him to turn so he accidentally ran into the fence of jump, then I got in trouble for it. There are a lot of momentous rules too, like if a Alien spaceship came from Mars and landed right in front of us would I be safe if the horse freaked out. Another rule is never ever leave a halter or bridal on the horse when you put then in the stable of it can trip on the rope and break its leg. On Wednesday we went to a horse vet and took a tortuous tour and learned a lot. All through the week we watched a movie called secretariat, it’s about a indelible racing horse that did many races. At the last race we were all screaming at the television like the horse could go faster if we screamed louder. In the end the horse wins and is still remembers today. I’m convinced that I love horses and I’m glad I went.

  46. During my March Term, I was in Palm Spring, LA for a big horse show. The heat of the sun in LA was tortuous. One day I got the impression that my horse was a bit lazy. Later on I was convinced that something was wrong with her; it turns out she was getting extra SmartCalm in her feed by accident. Even if my horse was a bit lazy we still did great together and the memory of the show is indelible. Being in Palm Springs at that horse show gave me a lot of great knowledge about my horse and carried momentous events; the show was very important. After we got home I had a couple of days to just go to the barn and relax at my house.

  47. During March Term I went to Mt. Hermon science camp with my friends. I had the best time!!! I have to say that the first impression I got when we first arrived was very exciting. I felt like I was going to have a great time and go on many thrilling adventures. Eventually in the middle of the week during our morning class our naturalist said that if at least fifteen people would kiss the banana slug she would lick it. That convinced most of us too kiss it. It was tortuous to see our naturalist lick the slug, exspecially since we had to to kiss it after the fact. That was definitely an indelible moment. My most momentous experience was when I reached the top of the rock climbing wall and rung the bell. This was a moment to remember beacause I wasn’t very confident of reaching the top before I did it. I thought that I was going to reach the second line and stop but I accomplished my goal. Over all I think that this was a march term well spent.

  48. I went to science camp for March Term. It was a ton fun. I went on hikes, gazed at stars, and played in creeks. Our naturalist, who I was convinced new more than I new about science, taught us all about the plants that are edible and the ones that are poisonous. We went on a night hike and walked by are selves for a little bit. At the very last night we had a skit night which under my impression, went really well; everyone had a blast! My favorite part of March Term was the skit night. It was so cool to see everyone’s imagination come alive on stage. The night was surely indelible; no one could forget it. Every single skit was different I loved them all.I think my enthusiasm could have improved during March Term specially during the torturous 6 hour hike. I can’t believe I even lasted that long. The first couple days were fun but I guess the rest of the time I was hearing stuff I’ve already learned. Though, I got bored I didn’t make it boring for everyone else. During March Term I learned the position of the constellation Cassiopeia. I had no idea that it was a winter constellation. As one can see, Science Camp is Momentous or important to some people and to others it a little boarding

My science camp week was a blast. It was so indelible it was brought up every dinner. At camp, the naturalists really convinced me to be aware of everything in the environment. The only tortuous thing was the 6 hour hike. Jenna, Jenna’s mom, Lucy and I got lost for about five minutes! Our naturalists made a great first impression because they presented themselves as a fun and playful person. What was very momentous was learning that broom is deadly to plants and is killing them. All in all I had a blast at Mount Hermon Outdoor Science School.

For march term 2015 I signed up for horsemanship! We did fun things like ride horses and watch horse related movies. My trainer asked me if I wanted to go to a horse show on Saturday, I really wanted to go, but my mom wasn’t convinced. On Wednesday we were leaving for a field trip at Stanford, and I had a torturous impression on field trips. As it turned out the field trip was really fun and momentous because it made me realize Stanford is a great school and I got to learn great things. On Thursday my mom talked to my trainer and finally was convinced to let me go to the show! I ended up winning my jumping division. I would like to improve my riding skills and hopefully join the IEA team (interscholastic equestrian association). My favorite part was getting to learn about horses at Stanford. Over all the experience was indelible!

  51. Mount Herman science camp!

Mount Herman left a great impression on me and my life. It helped me learn to have no food waste and to help nature. The teachers convinced me that I should not use a flash light on the night hike because in my eyes I have “night vision”. The pool was indelible because I love swimming and jumping off the diving board! The adventure hike was tortuorus. A momentous thing was that we need to pull any broom we see and and to just clean up nature for others to see.

  52. Science camp was an indelible experience. I got to eat lots of plants in the redwoods and my group got to go in the river and catch craw dads. One momentous part of my trip was seeing three scorpions under a log. I didn’t get to touch one but it was still cool just looking at it. Next, we had a tortuous class for six hours! It was technically a night hike because we hiked up the mountain rather than learn anything. I think that the most indelible moment person from one of the other schools was a kid named Xavier. He was so awesome! He felt like my friend at first sight. I thought he was cool because he stand up for his other Monte Vista friends and me. That was what made him my friend. And lastly, when my group was still in the night hike, I was convinced that I heard the howl of a wolf from the distance, but really it was just the wind. I sounded just like a wolf, and it felt like it was real, but I was just imagining it.

  53. I went to science camp last week, it was quite an adventure. I personally like the 6 hour hike but many of my friends thought it was tortuous. Our naturalist convinced many of my buddies to kiss a banana slug, but she couldn’t convince me! On the second day, I went swimming during recreation time, I wanted to go off the diving board but I first had to convince the life guards that I knew how to swim. One thing that was indelible to me about science camp was when Lucy got really hyper and started to sing and dance in our cabin! My impression on camp was that it could have been better by providing tastier food. Overall last week was very memorable to me.

  54. My March Term was fun and indelible throughout the week. At the beginning of the week I was convinced that the cabins were going to be small, but I was wrong! They were a lot bigger then I thought. Later in the week I was getting a better impression about going to science camp. I still missed school. On Thursday we did a 6 hour hike that was tortuous. When the week was over and it was time to go home I was kinda bummed and happy because I miss my bed and my phone. When I got to my house my phone was very momentous to me.

  55. March term was an momentous week for me, and I was sick half of of it! My first class was surrounding me by indelible seventh graders, who where oddly taking weird quotes like, ” I’m a gangster and gangsters don’t ask questions” and slapping Buddha’s name on it, and played four square inside the classroom! My pm class was with Sara T. We watched Chasing Mavoriks, and I learned Mrs. Torr was in it. We also watched a spy movie Get Smart. I was convinced it was the best movie we watched. It was so funny! When I was sick, it was torturous because I had to take icky NightQuil, the cherry flavored stuff. It tasted like earwax. I made the impression I had asthma.

  56. My March Term was at science camp. My impression is the tree climbing was fun and tiring. A redwood making clones of itself from it’s roots is indelible to me. The seesaw is very tortuous in how difficult it was to keep it level. I was not convinced the night vision would work. It was monumentous for everyone to get through the week. It was an amazing week. I look forward to the next trip.

  57. During March Term, I went to Mount Hermon Outdoor Science Camp in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Every day my trail group went on a hike. On the last day, we went on a tortuous hike, which was 6 hours long! The most indelible hike to me was going to the gorgeous and long river. There were a lot of beautiful birds and wonderful, bright flowers. I was convinced that the science camp was trying to help us be healthy by making students go on hikes to exercise three times a day. My momentous experience was when I kissed a slimy, salty, slippery banana slug. My impression of the food at Mount Hermon Outdoor Science Camp was the meals were delicious and healthy for students and parents. Overall, my experience at Mount Hermon Outdoor Science Camp was exciting and adventurous.

  58. Science camp was a indelible week, because it was amazing and fun. At first, I convinced myself to get through the week, but then I started to have a lot of fun. I have the impression it would be boring, but that was what happened. It was really fun to hang out with my friends out of school though not everyone was there. The week momentous, because we got to climb trees. It was really fun. The six hour hike was tortuous, because it seem to take forever. We had fun at rec. especially the last one. The group I was hanging out with during rec. were hilarious. Another day we did this game called whale watching. Where your whole group stands on this big teeter toter and you try to balance it out for ten seconds. I had so much fun and I would love to go again.

    March Term

For March term I went to science camp. While at science camp, we were on a tight schedule. Our schedule was something like the following:

    Wake up and get really by 7:00 a.m;

    Line up at 8:00 a.m;

    Eat breakfast at 8:15 a.m.;

    Hang out during Cabin time from 8:50 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.;

Line up at 9:30 a.m. and then start our class and other activities throughout the day.

Every day we would have classes with our trail group. One thing I learned being in the outdoors was that it takes 3 hours to be able to see clearly at night. I think one thing that my group could improve upon was our listening skills. My favorite part of the whole week was the night hike. On the night hike, it was creepy because I thought I saw a person sitting on a log. I didn’t know if someone was trying to scare me. It turned out to be nothing. I was just seeing things. At camp, I met this kid named Trenton. My first impression of him was that he seemed like a nice kid and I liked his blue eyes. The thing that was the most torturous was the six hour hike because we had to hike 9 miles. Another person I met was a girl who was indelible because she was always breaking the dress code. One of my friends convinced me that he was a good person. The most momentous thing about science camp was when I climbed the rock wall.

  61. My first impression of science camp was exciting. I thought it was going be really fun! I was excited to find out who was in my cabin. Most of my friends were in my cabin. While we were hiking to a nearby creek, my friends and I convinced our naturalist to lick a banana slug. When we arrived at the creek our naturalist gave a momentous speech. As she pointed to a plant she said, “do not touch this plant, it will take more than week for the burn to go away.” The next day we did a 6-hour tortuous hike. Overall, the indelible camp was really fun!

  62. March term was coming up and I could not decide whether or not I should go to science camp. I was convinced by my friends that I should go to camp so I did. When I got to camp I got my naturalist and her name was Edith. My first instinct was to make a good impression on her and I did. Two days went by and it was time to do a six-hour hike. As we started we kept our eyes peeled for banana slugs. Two hours went by and we found one in the brush! I knew that this was a momentous occasion because I had to kiss the banana slug. More miles went by and it was all up hill. On the way back, the fun hike turned into a torturous hike. We got back to our cabins and despite being tired we went to dinner and went to bed. The next day was time to go home so I packed my bags and left on the bus. As I left, I knew that this wonderful event was indelible and I am grateful that I got to experience it with my friends.

  63. I spent the March Term at home. I really enjoyed spending time with my brother and my impression was that we got along great! This was the first time that my parents trusted jackson and I to be alone for several hours at a time. This made an indelible impression on me because it made me feel like I was growing up. My parents gave us a list of chores to do each day. Some of the chores that we had to do felt tortuous. I was convinced to do my chores because the alternative was to miss out on some fun. The most momentous part of the week was the night that we went bowling and ate pizza.

  64. Science camp was very indelible because it felt really long. The video convinced me that science camp was really awesome, but that was a mistake. I had to make a good impression to my naturalist so she didn’t think I was loud. The most torturous thing about science camp was the 6 hour hike because our group took the long way and we had to wait a lot because others were behind. When I went home it was very momentous because ate good food.

  65. The long journey

My first impression of science camp was very exiting! I wasn’t convinced that the bridges that were swaying because I was still pretty freaked out. There were many momentous moments at camp. One incredible moment was when I went hiking with all of my friends on a 8 mile hike. The homework was very torturous because I thought there would be no homework.

  66. This week during March term I had had an impression. I was thinking that if I put a wood piece and one of my teckdeck ramps down that I will be able to make it fly! Although I was convinced that I would work. I did not work due to the wheels going out of place. I also have done lots of chores over the weekend. My mom is indelible if we were assigned a chore and did not do it or finish. It was torturous doing chores most of the week and weekend. It was momentous that we had done and finished all of the chores.

  67. I hated science camp. The impression that I had about science camp wasn’t a good one. I was convinced that I should go by my parents and friends. Science camp to me will be the exact opposite of indelible. The food was absolutely tortuous. I was disgusting. The only momentus part of science camp was when that scorpions were found. That is my interpretation of camp.

  68. I had a great time at Mount Hermon outdoor science camp. One thing I found very astonishing was how your eyes can adjust to the dark. My favorite part of the camp was hanging with my bros during rec time. One thing I could have done better was focus on what Kaitlin was saying a little more. I,learned gat it takes three hours for your eyes to get full night vision.

  69. March term

My March term was great. When I got to camp I tried to make a good impression on the instructors. When I found out that I was bunking with my best friends in the cabin. I was convinced it was going to be amazing, I was right! The people in my cabin where Jenna, Flow Flow, Rachel, Brianna, and Annie. The experiences we had in that cabin where indelible. The hikes we took where tortuous, the adventure hike was six hours long. Quiet cabin had a momentous impact on my trip because if we won it we got first pick on cereal. All in all the trip was pretty good.

  70. During march term I was in science camp. I was convinced by my mom that it would be a good experience, but part of it was pretty torturous, like the six our hike. It was a very momentous since we got to play fun activities and look at wondrous things. Having the impression that the food was not very tasty, the only thing that was delicious in my opinion was the pancakes. In conclusion, science camp went pretty well.

  71. My march term was very momentus because I went to science camp. I was convinced by my sister, even though she didn’t go. My first impression about science camp was that it would be really boring and it wasn’t. The food was torturous, but we had awesome cabin time to make up for that. The 6 our hike was indelible. The first two hours were horrible, but once we had lunch I had a lot more fun. We found crawdads in the river and I even picked one up! The skits were awesome. It was fun to watch everybody’s ideas come come to life. Overall I had a pretty good time.

  72. tortuous, indelible, momentous, convinced, impression After my parents finally convinced me to go to Mount Herman Science School, I went on momentuous adventures. There was an indelible four mile adventure hike that I enjoyed very much and the scenery was beautiful. That was my favorite part. I got torturous poison oak all over my face. I hope that Science Camp left a good impression on me.

  73. For March term I went to science camp. My first Impression on my naturalist was good but when she lost us( my mom, Floriana, Annie and Lucy.T) it wasn’t good, she had to go back and get us. When we went rock climbing and I could not climb any more I had to Convince them to get me down. On Thursday we went on a “Adventure Hike” it was a 6 hour hike it was Tortuous! My all time favorite part was tree climbing it was no Indelible! Over all science camp was Momentous.

  74. During march term I made a good impression that I can’t feel the cold cold water at the creek. One thing that was very indelible was sloping into the deepest part of the creek. And every time I looked down from the top of the tree I was convinced that my harness was keeping me safe. The 6 hour hike was long and torturous. It seemed that being outside was very momentous for some people.

  75. Last week my family and I went to South Lake Tahoe for March term. On the road to Emerald Bay, to go fishing was tortuous. In emerald bay we saw Vikings Holm. We were going to go fishing down on rubicon point but it was a two mile walk one way and I couldn’t walk that far with a broken toe. The indelible memories of bowling with my family was so much fun and we all had a good time and there was laughter and it was just so much fun. One of the claw games was broken (the candy one) and it gave you limitless tries. Let’s just say I had a lot of candy that day. In South Lake Tahoe I got the impression that there are no fish in that lake because we fished for two hours using many different lures and bait and we didn’t get on nibble but neither did the people around us. My dad gave me an impression that we would have a momentous day catching many fish, but I am no longer convinced because that was a week ago and we haven’t caught any fish. In the end I had a wonderful time with my family.
